ATO: BAS due dates
- Dates that fall on a weekend are shown on the next business day where the ATO or state revenue office allows that. Public holidays can push a date back further; they are not adjusted here.
- Also every payday: super guarantee (12%) must reach the employee’s fund within 7 business days, and pay must be reported through Single Touch Payroll. Payroll tax monthly returns are due on dates set by each state.

How this works
The calendar runs from 1 July 2026 to 31 July 2027, so it includes the July 2027 dates that close off the 2026–27 year. Every date comes from the ATO, the Fair Work Commission, the OAIC or a state revenue office, and the source is shown under each date.
Choose how you lodge BAS and FBT, and tick each state where you pay payroll tax. Dates on a weekend move to the next business day where the source allows it. Public holidays are not adjusted, so check any date that falls on one.
The download includes every date for your settings, including ones already past, as all-day events.
Legal basis
- ATO: due dates for lodging and paying your BAS
- ATO: payment deadlines for Payday Super
- ATO: finalising your STP data
- ATO: lodging your FBT return and paying
- Fair Work Commission: Annual Wage Review 2026, [2026] FWCFB 3500
- State and territory revenue offices: payroll tax annual returns (linked beside each date)
