How we treat sources

Licensed before used. Workfloor uses a source only once its publisher’s terms allow commercial use. More sources are being added as publishers grant permission.

Cited, not paraphrased away. Answers point to the Act section, or the award, clause and pay table, they rely on, with the date of the data. Calculations are our own, and the publishers do not endorse Workfloor.

Check the authorised version. For the authorised text of Commonwealth legislation, go to the Federal Register of Legislation. Award rates are published by the Fair Work Commission.

Spotted a problem? If a rate or citation looks wrong, email hello@workfloor.com.au and we will check it against the source.
