Questions
Where is our data kept?
In Australia. Workfloor is hosted in Sydney, and your questions, answers and account data are stored there. AI processing also stays in Australia. See Security and data for the detail.
What sources do answers come from?
The Fair Work Commission’s Modern Awards Pay Database (pay rates, penalties, allowances and classifications for 155 awards) and Commonwealth legislation, including the Fair Work Act 2009 and the Fair Work Regulations 2009. Both are licensed for commercial use under CC BY 4.0. More sources are added as publishers grant permission. Sources and attribution
Can we cancel at any time?
Yes. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for, and you can export your saved answers before you go.
What happens when a source changes?
Award rates change, usually from 1 July, and legislation is amended. We refresh the pay data from the Fair Work Commission and update legislation when it changes. Every answer shows the date of the data it used, so you can see whether it reflects the latest rates.
Is Workfloor legal advice?
No. Workfloor gives general information about Australian workplace law, with its sources, so your team can check it and decide. For decisions with legal consequences, get advice from a qualified professional.
